Training

In the morning we start with our morning exercises, after which we take our breakfast, pack our skiing gear and are transported to the snow pistes. Our normal training schedule starts at 8 am at the piste, and we train till about 1 pm. Then we return to the SAR house for our lunch. After that we get an hour rest time after which we continue with stamina training exercises, which can be really tough. When we're done training we have an hour or so for completing our home assignments from school, and then it's ski waxing time. After that it's dinner time. When dinner is over we will evaluate the training by watching the videos, or we relax some, and we turn in for the night early, for tomorrow will be another difficult day.
