Wear your Helmet!Accidents on the slopes are often cause for head injuries or concussions. A ski helmet can reduce the chance of a head injury or a concussion in 85% of all accidents. |

Everything under control?A skier or snowboarder must adjust his/her speed to match their skills, the terrain, the snow, the weather conditions and traffic density. Anyone going too fast for the situation at hand can easily lose control. |

After you!A skier or snowboarder must ski or board in a fashion that they will not disturb others. A skier or boarder approaching from behind must chose his or her route so that it will not affect the people being overtaken. The skier or boarder being overtaken has priority over the overtaking skier or boarder, so be sure to keep enough distance in case the front skier or boarder needs to make adjustments to his or her movements. |

Break!In the afternoon the risk of an accident is twice as high as in the morning. Food, alcohol and the first signs of fatigue bue to the sport activities will reduce the efficiency of the body. |

Don't stop in a blind spot!
A skier or snowboarder should avoid stopping in a blind spot. Only stop at convenient places. If you fall down, move to a clear, visible place as soon as possible. If this can not be done immediately, then clearly mark the location of the accident. |
